Trump says he doesn’t have “a racist bone in his body.” Well, perhaps that is so. Racism is not a genetic defect carried in the bones. It is not necessarily a character flaw. It is however a set of beliefs, behaviors and a world view that is learned. Trump is a textbook example of what happens when racist beliefs and behaviors are observed, promoted and nurtured in the home. His father and grandfather were excellent teachers. Racists are bred in the home–not in the bone.
